If this site provided a whole bunch of free scripts and marketing materials and other resources that all the other sites are charging for then maybe it would attract a lot more members.Don't be offended for me asking for what others may be to afraid to ask for.

Gimmicky names attract gimmicky, down market people, if your happy dealing with the dregs then go for it, call yourself Zebra Properties -where eveything is in black and white.

Remember their techniques at these events are to attract the masses.

I am not sure this is the right forum but my question is essentially what will be best to attract renters.
