Fill in the areas that day to day is hard to maintain as the business grows: Accounting, customer service, social media.....really any task that could be successfully managed with a VA....open to suggestions since I think I am limiting my options out of fear that the task will be performed to the level I expect.Again, any advice is extremely appreciated, also looking for recommendations for the best sources to find quality VA's.

I also project manage deals for other investors as they leverage my contacts, service providers, and team members to get the best pricing, plus they hire me because they don’t have my experience and having someone like me on the job makes for a more profitable venture for them.At the end of he day, you need to decide where you want to take your business, where you are know, what abilities you do or don’t have needed to complete all tasks, and then make a decision if a PM is right for your business at this time.

There are a lot of turnkey debates out there, but unfortunately they tend to veer in favor of anti-turnkey because a) for some reason love to hate them and b) all of the turnkey buyers I know who have had good experiences with them aren't active on BP anymore because they got what they came for and don't need it anymore.

By the time they are deposed the beneficiaries could simply replace the trustee and then the process starts over again at great expense to the plaintiff.Trusts are by no means perfect but a lawyer who makes big claims about being able to pierce through as though it's just some easy task is full of it.
