@John Warren Yes, I totally agree with you in regard to local meetups and taking action steps to accomplish your goals.

Again, maybe that's tough to accomplish on Day 1, but if you can get to that wonderful place say in Year 5, you'll be on easy street...

You will also encounter many, many people who will not understand what you are trying to accomplish.

I noticed you also have a very aggressive goal to accomplish if there's anything I can do feel free to reach out to me!

I just was wondering what I was missing to be able to accomplish the goal of doing real estate full time.

My objectives were:First, put a face and a positive spin on "the man".Second, show the same customer appreciation I would in any other business where customer loyalty is important.Third, celebrate Christmas.I believe I accomplished my objectives.

To my knowledge, any foreclosure in any state requires notice to junior lien holders, that may be accomplished by public notice, but I don't know of any state that allows a sneaky foreclosure.There is no statement in a junior lien/note that binds a first lien holder to act between an agreement made by their borrower and a third party.
