We just bought and getting .84 % We're finding it very difficult in our area ( bottom ends of lake Simcoe ) to get anything  above .7 % So we buy run down or owner renovated and turn them into multi's Good luck Dave

I guess you could say they were right in that someone obviously saw the value and got enough of a deal to tear the place down completely, which rarely happens in my part of LA where this is from (silver lake echo park)
