When I was right out of high school, I became good friends with an extremely hard working and powerful woman.

The schools look great, low crime, plenty of businesses nearby and it has large medical facilities.  

The guy is a CPA and vet in real estate law, went to University of Chicago law school.

Currently I am in grad school and attend school out of state to where this property is located. 

As much as I try to figure out everything myself, I am finding the amount of knowledge from being a CPA and entity expert to be more than I may be able to learn without going to school. 

It is close to  University sonwe benefit from parent visits as well as graduation and football games.

Glendora is more of quiet suburb but has a great school district which draws a lot of families.

Unfortunately, owning rentals is a learned (ie just doing it) instead of taught skill.Of course, if there's a school actually teaching the sort of things you need to know about buying and running an apartment, I'd love to see the curriculum.It's kinda like sales - I have yet to see a sales (NOT marketing) course in schools - Yet basic sales skills are so important in any profession unless you are not working with people.

One problem I do know of that is becoming a cancer is people not wanting to go back to work due to them receiving unemployment; and with the schools shut down, kids are home all day and need a care taker, so most parents are choosing to not accept new work, which is illegal actually, and if reported they could lose their unemployment.
