What's kind of foundation?

I recommend doing a thorough due diligence process on these properties especially when it comes to the bones and foundation, and that will tell you everything you need to know.

I don't know the true statistic, but I'd estimate close to 0.5% of homes in Alachua County have had foundation issues addressed. 

In other words, would you never rehab a home with foundation/structural problems?

Nobody else wanted it due to foundation issues.   

I have more that I dove in to but I mostly lead people to start with these to get a foundation.

I've been working on the last 2 weeks in building out my educational foundation in real estate, specifically on wholesaling.I don't have a buyers list yet, no marketing yet, just working on education and networking.I'm attending my first REIA meeting tomorrow night and I want to make sure that I squuuueeeze as much value out of it as possible in the short amount of time that I have.

With that said, my real estate agent in Kansas City was able to get the price way down on a short sale that had foundation problems, about 66% of their asking price.
