I confess, the subject header was just a sensationalist marketing ploy to get people to actually look at this post (few enter the "dreaded" renters forum). :-)In actuality, my problem is somewhat unrelated (though the subject line certainly falls into the category of "white lie" as the landlords current price of 535 for the duplex section adjoining ours is unfairly high).

That might mean enough to replace your income for a few years while they get a good skill or a college degree and enter the work place.Now, when you hit your 40's or 50's, and have kids in college and a big mortgage to pay off, you may need more insurance.

So...barring the delay of probate and/or 1 of 8 siblings entering the conversation, I expect to have the NEW seller be empowered as the executor of the will and announced that he is the NEW owner...therefore allowing him to sell it prior to foreclosure.

I don't think it is ethical to enter into any deal using an exit strategy that dumps your obligation back on the seller.While we can not forsee the future, a seller could end up with a foreclosed property.
