Noe,Do you have any experience or information on the due-on-sale clause and creating a land trust?

I had tried to start out on my own earlier this year, but lost money in a couple of deals due to lack of information and understanding of the market. 

I recently started to listen to the bigger pockets podcasts and have learned so much good information from just a few episodes.

i need more information in regards to your credit, experience and liquidity.

There is no selling, just information exchange and donuts/coffee.
