Based on what I’m reading (2% rule, 50% rule), and the cost of property management companies; it seems better to just sell it for its current value of $550k and invest the equity.

Hello dear colleagues,I am looking for an assignment friendly title company in Raleigh area. 

After doing some research it was clear that this management company makes a habit of doing this and that these were unfair charges.

My company is actually ICG10 Capital.

I stated a company when I was very young, 18 and it failed, and the next one too.  

Two incidents of thefts from my rehabs was a no-brainer to get the WI/FI which is nominal to me calling the police, informing the insurance company only to be told (whatever) wasn't covered, and of course my deductible is $1000. 

I have a property management company that is handling this but running into issues.
