Since SSA is actuarially neutral, there's no reason to delay entitlement, especially since it'll only pay ~75% of current benefit ~2032, if not reformed.While this seems to eliminate flips, thought I'd test the waters here for ideas on how to keep flipping with compensation, without triggering trouble.

Looks like its been repaired in the past , water sitting in the pipe means its trapped ( doesnt have enough fall) due to the repair .

There can by good deals, but the competition is high now.And, when looking to purchase, it’s always a good idea to check with the city for water/past liens.I won a property at auction that had over 3,000 dollars in past water liens that didn’t show up in the search because it was rural and Was never sent in.
