Last tenant cooked some amazing Indian food but with the spices etc the new tenant is concerned the odor may still be prevalent when they move in. 

Gas, food prices etc have gone up a lot.

We do not use a food supplier since they are a complete rip off and unless you are spending hundreds or 10's of k's per month you have no leverage on a food supplier to lean on them and get their costs down.   

From what I've seen there's not many neighborhood spots to "go-out", shop, hang out, family activities, food destinations, etc. 

Plaques with Mottos like "Warm Home, Warm Friends, Warm Food" are OUT - so don't put "Words" on the walls - unless that is common in your neighborhood.

I know how disgusting the food is, how ignorant the general population is, the crumbling infrastructure, the systemic racism, the persistent problems of the area.
