The NEW lease-option design...As I understand it, one of the requirements of the new Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, birthed from the Dodd-Frank legislation, is that ANY lender in an installment sale has to verify that the borrower is capable of repaying the loan, just like a traditional mortgage lender must.

I can't get an answer to this question: rather than paying their charge of $1,400-2,200 to create a Traditional IRA LLC plus another $1,400-2,200 to create a Roth IRA LLC, I want to create two new cell/series in a Texas Series LLC to save myself the bulk of the setup and ongoing LLC costs.

I suggest consulting with a local geological engineering firm to evaluate the options available for that specific site.The choice of foundation vs. crawl space depends primarily on two things as I see it, what is the market there and what is the structural fix for the soils.

I would always recommend financing with a traditional 20% down on a 30 fixed, putting money in it to add value, then refi-can out after 6 months seasoning period.
