If you do then you know if the project is worth.....or not.in my area, as land is very expensive, i don't have to do calculate so exhaustively for project because I know it's all worthwhile to do.The problem is, I see many times where the ready-to-move-in house is priced appropriately while the flipping home is priced way more expensive, although in the paper it seems the move-in ready house is having a higher price than the flip house.

In my area the zoning board is the final approver, they are appointed to their position and have authority to make the decisions and to be a bit more impartial than an elected official.

If this is anything other than an infill lot, you will want the time to perform a Phase 1, survey and geotech study.

Moreso than an MLS listing IMHO.So I would recommend you wait until the house is ready and then hire a professional photographer to take about 20-30 great pictures.It's worth the wait, you don't want to start your STR journey on the wrong foot.....

Since we have the choice as hosts, I'd rather be a pleasant surprise than an added frustration.

It was the most exhausting loan I have closed to date.
