I think it is more behind the demand for those units and your credit rating and your ability to pay the loan no matter what happens that counts.Your obligation is only the current leases and what law might apply in that city, that state, or the country it is located in.

Physicians are generally terrible about financial decisions and you're ahead of the game in your field.Once you finish residency, I would highly encourage you to look into working in areas that qualify for physician loan reductions.
