Mike LaCava has a great meet up in Plymouth every month called the House Flipping School.

Me being from the new school, he has started to take a lot of my advice over the past 4 years. 

Shrewsbury is more attractive due to schools then worcester.

I grew up here in Indiana, served with 2/5 as an infantry Marine after graduating high school in 2000.

I'm trying to narrow my search based on job growth, quality of schools, public transportation and real estate taxes (as you know, the taxes here are brutal).

My family and I have always invested the old school way so this is new to me. 

I'm swamped right now finishing up RE school and working but I will keep your offer in mind.

I am currently using allied schools Exam Cram DVD and Exam practice tests.

This would have definitely hurt us if we need to rent it and it eliminated some of the parents who were considering buying it for their kids while they were in school.  

The story in my town is that the schools are good and it is a very good alternative to the tier 1 cities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Burlingame, which have reached beyond crazy territory.
