What books and podcasts do you recommend? 

Did you have issues finding CPAs that would use Buildium accounting to do your taxes.  

They often do this by marketing directly to buyers or leveraging platforms that connect them to potential buyers without involving agents.

Standard PM software just doesnt have the sales features to keep up with operations and tools like Follow Up Boss are not geared towards PM's to do thier actual job.Would love to hear yalls thoughts.

I saw people do remote management for short term rental, wondering if this can be also applicable for a remote long term rental.
