We ended up having to pay the tenant to leave, we felt bad for his family and wanted to provide them with deposit and last months rent money since the winning bidder was illegally holding on to both of these and wouldn’t refund the tenant.

if you have mba, you better pursue a management position in Nvidia, Microsoft, Blackrock, or a consulting management company.There's not big money to make in RE using a professional degree.

From an investment viewpoint, I favor multi-family properties.

As a pure investment it looks okay, but with a primary residence for my family thrown in at zero additional cost, it looks really really great.
