Pat, we 're probably putting the washer/dryer in the new bathroom upstairs, since it's a large space with an area that's not usable because it's under the roof, but is the right height for the washer/dryer to fit nicely.

There are also latex topcoats that have active enzymes that will "absorb" ambient odor such as Harmony from Sherwin Williams. 

The problem is the house may take awhile to sell, and I've just re-entered the workforce and my income earnings are pathetic.
