It doesn't take into consideration what type of street it is located on.

Lots of people hang out by the street they live on at the beach. 

Account Closed, they may have HAD a large 401K, but wall street isn't looking too healthy right now.  

But two things happen and Boeing can Soar once again.they get the MCAS auto pilot issue fixed in the 737 max and they have the 787 which is quite popular and now the 777X  airbus A 380s are being retired it seems..  

Let's say someone wanders off the street into an open house with no agent - decides to use the listing agent as their agent for the purchase.

Its been a popular market for a few years now so competition is tighter.  

I knew the size, current rents, off street parking with garage and older character were what I was looking for.

My neighbor down the street listed his house early last year and got a competitive offer in the first week (10% below asking, but about what I thought the house was actually worth), and he countered and lost the buyer.  

On a quiet street close to schools and park, yet conveniently located to shopping & major thoroughfares.

The speed limit on the street is 30 MPH, which cars sometimes go 35 to 40 MPHAlthough at night there is almost no traffic, during the day especially during rush hour I could hear some cars go by.
