I learned a lot of painful lessons investing in RE in WV but think I've got a handle on a way to make real estate investing work for me.

I'm all for a system that has my money doing something good instead for selfish reasons that this administration has put us into.

But for someone who has never done it... yes, doors can be a real pain.

Probably just the valve, but its less of an ongoing pain to just replace the entire assembly.

But sending a 100+ page fax got to be a pain in the ***!

While the Chinese, knowingly and intentionally, export inferior and even toxic products and dangerous toys and goods to be sold in North American markets, the media wrings its hands and criticizes the Bush Administration (now Obama Administration) (and the Harper Government!)

Would this be a pain - yes - but would this be a business killer?

This administration is turning up the heat too fast, in my opinion.

And that is to challange, as a last resort, the bill in court and have it deemed unconstitutional because of its restrictions upon the freedoms that the country is founded upon.There are some challanges already to some of the "takeover" policies of the administration that may start the love affair crumbling when the details are revealed.

If it has been administratively dissolved by the state all that is left is to close the bank account and stop collecting dues.
