@Jerryll Noorden has a lot of good points and I agree that SEO plays a major role in getting you leads, but SEO is not the best or only strategy - there are a few ways to go about getting leads, and every one of them is applicable and has its strengths.As you can see Jerryll is using a platform that helps you generate leads.

Hey BP,I am having trouble finding an insurance company to insure a 28 space mobile home park in Florida.

I would have continued door knocking but I put a 31 space mobile home park under contract shortly after and all purchase funds were tied up.

FB is simply not the platform to do effective marketing.

       I am still looking for a solution, to push Wheelhouse pricing, into the VRBO/Homeaway platform. 

however, there is no barrier to market on VRBO/Homeaway, Booking.com, etc.My favorite is Airbnb for two reasons - A) best online marketing platform.
