In my reply, I also told her I prefer to deal with her directly (we both know she is under contract til end of March (our closing is March 28)) and I CC'd the listing agent regarding my preference.Needless to say, he must be offended. 

Question is how much it recovers compared to where it was at before March 2020.

Hey BP need some pro tips and advice,End of March we will be launching our 1st mid term rental (traveling nurses), what software do you guys recommend for landlording tools ie. receive payments, keep track of financial expenses,etc.

Taking out a second owner occupied mortgage in March, means you cannot owner occupy both properties.

We close in late March.  

The leases expire March 31st, 2022 and then I will be finding new tenants.
