Have you found a better market in NH for them such as lakes region, or on the coast? 

Lake BNB, Lake RE specialist, Lake Dock rental, Boat/RV storage, Downtown Chicago condo car storage, regular SFH/MFH, trailer/RV rentals, hunk of concrete parking/slabs above three rivers ( I like dirty and nasty, I see storage, RV/Boat storage, Contractor buildings, with free existing concrete surface), Airport and quarries (again nasty/dirty/noisy). 

Looks like there's some good lakes & hiking, and proximity to Nantahala.

House "love letters" are falling out of favor of late due to discrimination allegations(1), in this case the letter is necessary to overcome systemic Realtor discrimination against military veterans (see: Realtor comments in this very thread) attempting to use the military benefits they have earned.

Looks like lake front property too, so even more valuable.

we foreclosed a number of years ago on a 10 unit property outside of Lake Jackson Texas which was exclusively rented on a short term basis to contract refinery workers.

Of course there will always be opportunities, but I personally don't even bother pursuing anything in Ann Arbor (mainly) / Dexter / Saline / Chelsea / Brighton / Whitmore Lake / South Lyon .

For Wisconsin, look at the Beloit, Janesville, Lake Geneva area.
