Can anyone here suggest how I can get comparable information on the last stage of the process?

Lots of rehab jobs, a new school on Leo St., and the neighborhood is up in price and appearance so much that it has certainly improved dramatically since I bought a house at Leo and Notre Dame in 2012.

Meaning, if you need to do your own pm in order to make an investment work then the investment doesn't work, and you are trying to force it.PM is a job or business, not a required skill for a rental investor.
