For example you can contribute more money tax free to an IRA or a life insurance policy in an LLC than as an individual or sole proprietor.

I have self directed IRA with 2 properties.

I understand that there is a way to roll over funds from a 401K into a IRA; self directed I think.Has anyone done that?
