They all direct the reader to believe Civvl is a Brute Squad for hire to come and Fresh Prince your poor, innocent tenants and all the stuff out onto the street.I have never had to evict, but I don't think it usually involves a posse to forcibly remove the tenant.

Yes, it states in the fire report that the fire started as a result of open flames coming from the roof (the contractor’s were working on the roof-one of the contractor’s workers even told the investigator what happened).
