Recognize residential RE is not passive.  10% return on passive investment is superior to 10% return on a more active investment such as residential RE.good luck

It’s helped me overcome some the challenges I thought were holding me up but instead I’m scheduled to meet with some lenders next week and interviewing some real estate agents to help me achieve my investment goals.

The PMs that I have used and interviewed weren't necessarily terrible, just weren't a good fit for me.

Edwin, I would add that a good negotiator will be interviewing you at the same time you are interviewing him/her, and you will be asked to provide references also.
