hi @Neetu Patil, that's unfortunately more common in CA these days, many companies have stopped quoting new business and/or are dropping certain types of homes.

With your park in question there are a ton of other metrics that need to be looked at prior to making an offer while also considering what type of investor you want to be. 

Is your advice to find a niche and stick to it as an investor or simply that by trying to do multiple asset types, brokerage wouldn't make sense since they're more focused.
