Once I put a human face to their landlord and a true story about how they would break her and end up out of housing - and what they were asking for wasn't reasonable or necessary - they calmed down and became reasonable.At any rate, keep what you need in mind, too, while you're being nice, is my point. 

RE investing is all about the numbers, but then again as humans some have empathy and emotions.

Now you showed that you care about them, their situation and they know that you are human. 

I personally am a big fan of physical contact and believe it is part of the human experience.  

.  Show a little humility and humanity and they will find there are compassionate people willing to help them

But both doctors know a hell of a lot more about the human body than I do, so either way it can be troublesome. 

And even if a landlord just doesn't know they should put something in a lease, whatever they put in it says a lot about them as a human being.  

You're dealing with humans in a sales environment so treat the agent (ie, human) with respect and you'll likely do better.

He is a piece of crap human being...It's American culture.
