Start interviewing and get some reports from them on the market.Check Zillow to see how many listings there are and get a feel for how long they are on the market. 

Be aware, there are a lot of scammers inquiring about listings and submitting fake docs.

The listings were both with the same realtor and she has agreed to represent me as the buyers agent as well.
