If so, as John said, you can do fine by simply making sure you have an adequate personal umbrella policy.

Some people don't know how or don't want to work on their properties and that's perfectly fine.

Could be lead paint, asbestos, polybutylene pipes, aluminum wiring, federal pacific panels, galvinized steel pipes, lead pipes.The fact is the vast majority of houses with any of these flaws are perfectly fine, and only a small minority of them will cause issues for their owners.Ask 10 different knowledgeable people about how bad any of these issues are and youll get 10 different answers.

So you can start out as just someone who subscribes to a system and gets educated by being part of a team, and you'll do fine if you're willing to take the time to get educated, just like you would in a school.

A fixer upper is just fine and she's looking about 15 to 20 miles east.  200 was a feeler but 300 is more on the higher end. 

I’m assuming you have connections that are fine not having a 12 month lease in place before the refinance?
