IOTA caught my eye....Microsoft is interested and it seems like a very interesting way to share enormous volumes of data quickly.  

I will definitely keep my eyes open. 

There is currently a covered parking area which is an eye sore, as well as a junk collection point.

It should be a building block and a stepping stone to learn from.All that being said, if on your next deal you want an extra set of eyes, ping me and I'll glance over it with you.

My suggestion is to get involved with your HOA, go to all the meetings, and remember you are part of that HOA, get on the Board if you have time, and want to keep an eye on daily functions and financials.
