Hi all,After listening to a few of the webinars, I am curious into the process for of buying 2 or 3 bedroom properties and adding square footage and extra living space. 

But the two biggest obstacles to Reverse exchanges are cost of the extra process which can be quite significant. 

they  are to show redacted contract of highest bid.. and this is America agents have a code of ethics and can lose their licenses for not being truthful..

obviously the tenants want to get a dog and not pay a fee or extra rent...I doubt they are expecting you to reduce the rent. your choice should be based on the unit itself. got carpet, a fenced yard, close neighbors that might complain etc.
