@Jose Rosado Usually to avoid antitrust issues, MLS's will allow you access w/o being part of the REALTOR association as a licensed agent, but it'll cost at least as much and you'll have to agree to follow the code of ethics anyhow.

Im not saying it doesn't work, but when I smell sales gimmick I tend to back away.I appreciate BP for always having an ethical and down to earth approachable atmosphere.
