At one point I had a question and left my cell as well as my email, (didn't think I would get a call back but rather an email) and it was maybe 30 minutes they called and answered my question.

I know of an investor who did both but turned over the contract to another realtor to handle while they did the wholesale part of the deal.I would imagine that you could hold such a person to a higher level in regards to comps.

I also get lists emailed daily.neither way has produced anything good Is there anyone who has joined Realty Trac with any success,or any other of these services???

I just sit here and check my e-mail and never have to visit the site again.
