You can find some YouTube videos about changing the cartridge, but honestly I doubt Home Depot or Lowes will have the exact cartridge you need so you'll probably need to order it on Amazon.

We have 1 house that we rent for $850/mo, A+ tenants, never complain, fix things, very nice, clean... we'll keep them there, but when they move out-- without a doubt-- it's going to $900-$950!

Installing an over the range vent will definitely help.Unless they are boiling enough pasta to feed an army, I highly doubt that is causing any moisture issues.

That would probably be the best wait case for me but I spoke with one commercial lender before I made the purchase and he said they would do a combination approach so they would be looking at some more buildings was my understandingNo I wouldn’t say beyond a shadow of a doubt that’s how they’d value it.  

Our closing date is projected to be 10/15 and I seriously doubt this eviction will be finalized executed by that date.  

Perhaps they doubted your ability to close the deal.

I also live in a HCOL area and homes that rent for that much are worth $1.5-2MM.I doubt house hacking a MFR is a viable option.
