You should find someone local to teach you the business,step by step.Try attending some local real estate investor meetings and see if there is a training program you can join or a wholesaler who will mentor you as you work for them finding deals.Start off as a bird dog learning to locate potential deals and then watch the wholesaler like a hawk negotiate the contract and make the deal.
