@Amanda NardoPurchasing commercial property to either set up a new facility (a store, office or warehouse, for example) or to expand an existing one is often a major commitment for a small business, one that is usually financed by a commercial real estate loan.

If there are 10 "GP"s then to me it sounds like there are either too many cooks in the kitchen or it's being developed by someone who doesn't have the track record to get a deal done themselves and they need to bring in 9 other's who are probably also not very experienced.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

(Which I was completely okay with)I had a washer/dryer in our unit (most student housing and dorms have a shared laundry facility.)
