I was familiar with the area in the sense that I had visited as a child, and have been visiting the Smokies (albeit mainly the NC side) for most of my life.

Simply google "divorce statistics" and "divorce child custody men" to maybe understand where some men might be coming from.

Now that was the 60s you would get arrested for child abuse these days letting 10 year olds walk the streets..

And one thing the golden-child investors say often on the BP podcast is things long the lines of "make the offer, then worry about how you're going to close", which I'd never go that loosey-goosey.

Ok @Walter Edmondson, here is how MOST (not all) of the seminar industry works.They get a "poster child", like Kiyosoki to lure you in and create credibility.
