(Yes I know that is a very broad question)My experience with trying to get a loan to buy a house is:- Get your credit checked- Find out how much they can give you- Finally look at properties.Now, from what I understand with big deals on apartment buildings and such, these steps are completely different and do not even apply.With that in mind, when looking for private lending, should I be looking at getting the full amount to buy the property?
