Google map: The street views quickly get outdated so don't rely on those entirely, but getting an idea on what businesses are around and the quality of schools in the area is helpful.

He did assist me in some viewings, so I do want to show my due diligence and allow him to assist me in the buying process but wanted to make sure it would be fully beneficial on my end as well to spend the amount of money since there isn't really much negotiating for the deal..

Italy and new york are already seeing a decrease in new cases this isnt going to be a long term issue and I invest for the long term so view it just as a good buying opportunity for both stocks and real estate.The real mortality rate is also much lower then is being reported due to lack of testing mild cases.

I'm curious as to whether investors are viewing the early 401k withdrawal as an opportunity to gain access to pre tax dollars, pay tax on them now at a lower rate and move them out of the market and into real estate.About a year ago we each moved half of our 401k into stable value waiting for an opportunity to buy back into the SP500 as our FA advised us the market was far above the historical average and was due for correction.
