Then as they rolled to the second year  first month paid  then 2nd no payment was made , the wife said she moved out, I said you are legal bonded by the agreement , he said his account was hacked and his checking account blocked (7/1) ,  said to him to go to banking center to resolve the issue.

Either they're not licensed and bonded or they're schedule conflicts with mine so they cancel the appointment, show up late or sometimes don't show up at all.

Reducing all agreements to writing.You'll find you'll have other expenses in that SBA, bond underwriting, could have bank's attorney fees, etc. so I wouldn't say you should be banking on much left.

Here, the requirements are some rather expensive bonds, insurance, possibly more insurance... plus letters saying that you've been responsible for at least 2 permitted jobs.

TIMELINE: it requires a lot of capital.just a rough estimate10k to engineer (drawing, survey, permit, hearing ($/hr additional))10-5K to Township (Permit, escrow, bonds, variance, hearing)5-8k (I will get back if they don't use it but it will be under their control til then)20k-30k+ for asphalt stromdrain. redo entrance and reface back of bldge.SO what started as a little asphalt of a 60*25 ft parking space.turned into a 50k+ project.WE might have to wait til next year
