Once I get the wholesaling part of the business off the ground and automated, then I will venture to step 2 and then step 3. 

However my long term plan is to minimize the hours I need to spend once I reach my monthly goal via automation and outsourcing.

No limits, no theft, automated transfers even on holidays. 

Your bid goes into a automated system, not to an actual person.

It does get easier as you develop systems and automate different aspects of your business, but in the beginning you have to be willing to put in a lot of work for you to be successful.

Looking hear from other house flippers that have automated their business so they can maximize the number of projects they can rehab.

Hello All, I am looking to find out what other investors do for collecting rent and automating payment with tenants. 

I self manage my STR from out of state and the most helpful things have been Guesty (connects my Airbnb & VRBO calendars and sends out my automated messages to guests & cleaners for reminders) PriceLabs for automated pricing, and I am just testing out furnished finder now this winter.
