@Samantha I bought the Audio files of the BP Summit last week and there are a few speakers that do a really good job going over Wholesaling.

They then set up my video studio for me to walk in and shoot a video to post on my site and craigslist and send out to my buyers.

Blake Andera,When I first started out, I knew that Rich Dad, Poor Dad was a very common and highly regarded book but I wasn't ready to pay money for information yet so I found the audio book on YouTube for free. :) I do have the E-Myth Revisited right now but I have not finished the book. 

I have a 46 unit building that has small 500SF studios. 

If one is an artist for example they might struggle just to pay rent in NYC or those other cities, but in a lower cost city they can easily afford their own studio or gallery spaces etc.

I personally get more value from the audio podcasts (although I've been on hiatus since the pandemic started).
