Has anyone had experience using a pre-designed web site from virtualresults?

This is my first time trying this- but I just sent an email last night to the 50 or so people I had in my spreadsheet who had filled out the web form requesting a showing over the last month, and I already have five showings booked WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL ANYONE.

I have seen a lot of older posts regarding this, but I am hoping for some more recent responses in regards to which web domains are the best as well as the easiest hosting.  

Do you have any suggestions on what type of language to use for something like that where it will pull specific data from a web site?
