To be honest, a decent (does not even need to be superstar) rental agent would know this info pretty accurately (within 100 dollars range in a neighborhood where the rent is around low 4-digit, like 1000-1500 per month)

You can set the combo for between 3 and 7 digits and also have multiple backup codes and override codes and it is pretty easy to change them.

My contract states that fax, email, and digital signature would be accepted, but I'm not sure if the title company is accepting those methods
