I'm looking for an agent primarily to list the property but also for advice on the the market, what rehab/finishings are desireable locally, CMA and help finding future deals.Any input would be greatly appreciated!

If the PM company is using public contractors, then maybe they would share that information but you probably wouldn't get as good of a deal as you would with the PM company involved.Why don't you just call a bunch of contractors and get bids, ask as many questions as you desire.

Then anyone can attend either or both if desired, and a meeting in Utah County would be better than driving an hour up to Layton in the future.I have done several hundred deals in the the past 20 years.Mark

hi, I am extremely interested in this business and have a desire not only to be successful, but to learn how to change the lives of people.

I think the prices are still reasonable there too and still desirable area for the young crowd.

I recently sold a property in a less desireable neighborhood that I got for $25K and rented for $700.

If it's an older building you have to make sure there is a demand and what amount retrofits would cost to make it desirable in today's market.

The main things we had in common were: The powerful desire to succeed.
