Hi Joe,3.5% down is FHA where you live in say a duplex, triplex, or quad and then rent out the remaining units.The question you need to ask is do I want to be a landlord living right next to my tenants where they can bother me all hours of the day??

Thank you very much everyone for your detailed reply@will barnard would title docs also include any remaining balance owed on the mortgage and potential delinquent property taxes (I am assuming so because a mortgage and delinquent taxes are considered liens)?

I really believe that the broker representing the seller is the other bidder just trying to get as close to the listing price as possible after he catches a fish.I read that someone placed a highest bid and the auction was due to close which it never closed and he was left trying to figure out why he didn't win the auction and it was back to the NO TIME REMAINING status again.
