What cap rates can I expect in North Jersey for multifamily unit

There are people out there that dont have them time nor the inclination to manage the property.  

Currently have my eye on one in Kentucky and another in North Carolina.

Portland, or low income area, out north eastward.

Bloomington High School South is the better of the two high schools (and I say that reluctantly having gone to Bloomington High School North myself) because a lot of SE neighborhoods (where you aren't looking at buying) are quite expensive.So, my advice is to try and buy closer to the IU campus, the SE especially.

I know more about Butler County that's just north of Cincy but Jennifer lives on the West side of Cincy.

What about investing further north from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter ?

Mostly in Little Village, Gage Park, Back of the Yards, and North Lawndale.What kind of projects are you considering?
