Today, of those original 7,000 360 Spiders, there might be 5500-6000 remaining worldwide. 

One I don't want my staff to have to deal with a jerk, and two if you cannot behave in any decent manner online, it won't be any better over a phone call.

TurboTax does mitigate this to some extent through real-time validation for some responses.For those TurboTax users that need a little handholding, there is a Help button that links to a "live community" discussion forum where experienced users and TurboTax staff can answer specific questions.  

Developers are inherently bottom line driven yet they still understand the value of having an architect on staff.
